Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data SEO Morocco collects through seo-morocco.ma, why, who receives it and how you can exercise your rights. Last updated October 2026.

Who is responsible

SEO Morocco, 3ème étage, Appt 49, Saada 1-49, 90000 Tangier, Morocco. Email: contact@seo-morocco.ma. Phone and WhatsApp: +212 6 50 45 00 50.

What we collect

  • The audit and contact form: your website address, name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your message and the language of the page you used.
  • Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: like any website, our host's servers record your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
  • The check that you are a person: when you fill in the audit form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request does not come from an automated program. For this check only, Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser details. It does not read what you type in the form. Cloudflare describes it in its Turnstile privacy addendum.
  • Audience measurement: if analytics is active, Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records how the site is used, with pseudonymous identifiers. See the cookie policy.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any sensitive data. Please do not send it through the form.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request, prepare your free audit and, if you ask for one, a quote.
  • To follow up on the work if you become a client.
  • To keep the site secure and understand how it is used, so we can improve it.

We use your data because you asked us to contact you or to prepare an audit, and, for audience measurement, for our legitimate interest in running the site. We do not sell your data and do not use it for anything else.

Who receives it

Only the providers we need to run the site and answer you: our hosting provider, our email provider, Cloudflare for the check on the audit form and, for audience measurement, Google. Some of them process data outside Morocco. Google's handling is described in its privacy policy. Nobody else receives your data, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to work are kept for up to three years after our last exchange, then deleted. Client data is kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you can ask to access your data, correct it, or object to its use for legitimate reasons. Write to contact@seo-morocco.ma. We answer within one month.

You can also contact the Moroccan data protection authority, the CNDP.
