All prices for our services are exclusive of VAT (TVA), which will be added to the invoice where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be limited to the amount you paid to us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
